Journal Entry: Dennis Zeedyk-05/19/2025-Longevity

Journal Entry

I am friends with a doctor here in prison who knows quite a bit about longevity. As that is a passion of mine, we have had many good conversations. I am going to try to summarize his thoughts into one journal article.

He recommends getting blood work done and he will check it and you for the following:
* APO-B — this is a marker that checks for your predisposition to cancer.
* APO-4 — this is a market that checks for your predisposition to Alzheimer’s and dementia.
* Gut microbiome – to make sure you have the right balance of microbial bacteria in your gut.
* CBC
* Cardio panel
* CRP
* Glucose tolerance level
* cortisol levels
* VO2 – to check your oxygen levels
* Dexascan – get your lean mass & fat content of your body.
* heavy metals
* might also check your stool sample to determine gut microbiome.

He would recommend the following for most people:
* Cialis (5 mg) – for both men & women, this dialates your blood vessels, which prevents strokes and helps with brain health.
* Metformin
* Resveratol
* Rapamycin – you can get this from some supplements & may not have to take it directly.
* Vitamins C, D & Zinc

Other possibilities might be:
* Microdoses of GLP-1
* HGH (for men & women)
* Testosterone for men

When I get out (he gets out before me), I am going to have him check me out to be sure everything is in balance so that I can live for as long as possible.
