1. I received the idea for VUE – Vibrationally Uplifting & Enlightening Music (Trademark)
2. I spoke with my mom and my sister Detra together
3. I participated in the music concert for the compound

The main struggle I faced this week was…
Ignoring the potential distractions caused by the negative attitudes and actions of others around me

Maintain your focus by keeping the main thing the main thing. Remember that where focus goes energy flows.
Only commit your energy and focus to your desired outcome.

2 things I learned about myself this past week include…

1. I have not been as disciplined as I desire to be or need to be in the area of my health and fitness considering the
goals I have for myself.
2. I value the opinion of other people more than I should
