Establish priorities for the key areas of your life and plan your days accordingly. It’s easier to focus when
you have specific, targeted, goals, outcomes and objectives that you’re aiming at. When you feel yourself
drifting, think about why you established the priorities in the first place.
2 things I learned about myself this past week include…
1. I will benefit from improving my ability to filter out the noise and conversations around me.
2. I can improve my empathic listening ability – listen more to understand before preparing my response.
