I made it…The BOP is under so much heat right now from the Biden admin not doing their job, they said they will meet with me in the next 21 days to discuss going home…At that point I need my case worker to put me in for halfway house again…Due to some retaliation writeups for me exhausting my administrative remedies, mailing DC letters on illegal housing ect…He may slow play me…”many are the plans of a man’s heart, but THE LORD directs his steps”…The wise man said…Furthermore, halfway houses are so overcrowded, once he puts the paper work back in (it was originally submitted at Christmas last year), at that point it is up to the halfway house to give a 2nd approval of letting me come there, and a matter of bed space…So please pray, I have a motion in to the courts I have yet to hear back on, and no matter what I will be home at some point this year, but it looks like the soonest will be about 30 days from today, if the case manger sends my paper work to the halfway, and the halfway houses accepts me, and has a bed for me, I get out that week…If not, I wait for a bed, and/or approval, they don’t have to give me halfway house, usually they give at least 30 days, last Christmas they approved me for 9-12 months, but a lot has happened since then and they have written me, and moved me across the country to cover their ass after I got the Regional Director to visit the last prison, and declare the housing conditions illegal. I have the right remain silent but I lack the ability, and the Feds are vindictive…So please pray I am home soon…If they let me go today, that’s 5 months halfway house…If the courts get my FSA credits fixed like I filed for, I should gain between 90-120 days more good time, which jumps my hard out date another 3-4 months…If that happens, my hard date jumps to September/October this year range…Pray, pray, pray, I am going to stay sober, take a class or two, see if they’ll let me preach, and pray these guys see me as a man on a Christian mission trip, not a convict…Love you,thank you, see you soon…TTYL
