Acts 16:16-40…Tells the story of Paul and Silas being put in prison…In v.25 they start singing hymns…Suddenly their shackles fall off, the jailer comes in, takes them to his house, he and his family end up born-again, get baptized…Amazing…So here I sit, days from release, but I need to get to my “Destination” before I can be released to my halfway house, and the bus that comes every two weeks just left without me again…I prayed before bed last night: “LORD if I’m not on that bus let someone get born-again while I waste two more weeks of my life in this abyss”…Therefore I ask, who wants to sing with me? I don’t know who started singing between Paul and Silas, but someone had to start, and once they did, GOD joined the song…I am stuck two more weeks…Two weeks I will never get back, but instead of staring at the abyss, only to conclude with Nietzsche the abyss stares back, I am singing, and THE HOUND OF HEAVEN is happily going to hunt some of these fella’s down answering the latter part of my prayer…Someone please pray and sing with me, and when we get to Heaven, THE LORD will introduce the man/men that we sang to Heaven in these two weeks…GOD BLESS!!!
