I am thankful for Michael Santos’ programs and information. By participating in Prison Professors, I have not only been able to journal my journey and all its challenges and wins, but I have been able to benefit from a vast amount of information to better prepare me for the future.
From the start of his digital economy series and seeing that possibilities for the future, I was able to come up with an idea to utilize this technology in a way that would incentivize incarcerated men and women to participate in programs that will not only change them in a cognitive way, but also maximize it in other ways as well.
We can spend our time like so many do and sit around playing cards and watching tv, OR we can spend the time working towards freedom and a future. I choose the latter.
