Personal Growth:

Being incarcerated does not come with out it’s difficulties and setbacks, but having a good mind-set can help to navigate the challenges that come from being an incarcerated felon.
The resources’ available for self education are limited so I asked myself “what is it that I can do no matter the resource’s I would be able to always work towards my goals?” TALKING, I love to talk and have intelligent conversations. In the beginning of my incarceration I would hold bible studies and at the time I did not think about the skill that I was developing while I was preaching and ministering to the men in the Allen County Jail. The time I took to prepare sermons and speeches, organize meals and songs was a skill that I can grow and use upon my release. I aspires to be a motivational speaker. I greatly enjoy seeing men eyes light up when I speak. I love when I say something profound even to the point I say to myself “that was good”, and the reaction is men walking up to me to get a deeper understanding of what I was talking or even just to let me know they liked what they heard and to let me know they were moved or affected by the message.

“Being the change you want to see in others”

I have always been on the look out for something that will move me in a positive direction.
I love to hear motivational speakers talk about their journey to success and how the journey has shape not only their lives but the live of those who has had the pleasure of being influenced by them.
I am going to be that motivational speaker I am that motivational speaker.
Practicing daily on my communication skill have been challenging and rewarding. Daily I encourage others to better themselves. I have found that I do this mostly because it keeps me accountable and it leaves me feeling that I am living my dream.Personal Growth:
