Response to 9/1/2024 question:

I have not earned what would be called a true educational credential, yet I have taken many classed while incarcerated classes aimed at making me more “society ready” what is known in the BOP as ACE classed one class that sticks out the most is a class I have taken 3 times with different name the most current name is Trauma. In this class I learned that a lot of the decisions I made leading up to my incarceration was due to traumas that had not been addressed in my life. One of the trauma that I have been working on is feeling inadequate. This feeling of inadequacy was a result of being left with out a mother or father at such a young age and feeling unloved or unwanted. So I can truly say that I have been working on my self and educating myself on me. I am using this to help build better social skills and it also helps me be more patient and compassionate with others. I am starting to love this better version of myself.
