Completed 6 miles walk on the basketball court in i hour 13 minutes and 49 seconds at 7:50 AM. Average walk times were: 12 minutes and 4 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes and 2 second per lap (vuelta). Walking on the basketball court is faster because of the walking conditions, I don’t have to be wary of puddles, muddy path, rocks and pebbles on the trail. The walk started out dark but the basketball court was dry and the temperature was cool in the 50’s. The sky was overcast but the moon was visible when it was not shielded by the cloud. The dawn sky consist of different shades of grey clouds. The grey clouds grew lighter as the morning progressed. The wind was blowing and scatted the fog. Several rabbits came close to the basketball court but scampered away as I approached them. Finished walking at 7:50 AM. Stretched and split stretched on the basketball court until 8:30 AM. Cleaned the computer room. Checked and replied to Doris email: Doris and Patches are well, they went to the temple yesterday and bought some items for New Year, She is going for her second cortisone shot from Dr Yang at 12:30 PM. She walked 7900 steps, 14.5 inches step length and her symmetry was down to 38%, that was impressive. That’s was a good improvement for her gait. They are having dinner with Kein at home tonight. Showered at 9:20 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Still overcast sky but the sun is trying to break through. Talked to Doris at 9:50 AM: Doris and Patches are both well. They went to the temple yesterday and went shopping for New Year stuff. Doris is going to Dr Yang for her second Cortisone shot with Diana at 11:30 AM. Kein is coming by the house and they will have dinner together. Patches and asked most of the Yong Clan to write a reference letter on my behalf and send them to Doris. She will compile them and send them to me when I need them for future compassionate filings. Oralia will test my Spanish proficiency when I get home.
