9/18/2023 Monday Daily Diary from Atwater Camp.
Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 95 degrees F. Started walking at 6:30 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:20 AM. Breakfast menu: Oatmeal, muffin and banana.

- Call Doris.
- Email daily dairy for 9/17/2023/
- Walk 6 miles.
- Quotations.
- ACE Classes – Philosophy and Existentialism 4-4:30 PM, Art History 3 5-5:30 PM and Life of Muhammad 6-6:30 PM.
- National Diabetes Prevention 7-8 PM.
Finished 6 miles at 8:00 AM. Nice, cool crisp morning. The sunrise was fantastic with beautiful colors from the particles in the air, Smog. Unfortunately, I could not time my walk as I had to give my watch to Jon for some repairs. Worked up a good sweat from the walk. Stretched at the basketball court until 8:20 AM. Dried up and changed my T-shirt. Showered at 9:00 AM. Went to the library to work on my book class report. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Lunch included: Chili, cheese, green beans and honeydew. Talked to Doris at 10:30 AM. Doris is well but did not sleep too well. She inquired about my hemming, I told her I still had seven dozen left. The dogs are well. I told her there is a button on the key holder that she can start the van remotely. She should try it when someone is in the house with her. I told her I was busy with my class report. Also, I passed the biology examination.
Went to the library to prepare a class report on Warehouse and loading dock and Construction safety. Completed the report at 12:00 PM. Went to hem some pants at 1:00 p.m. Jon and Will dropped by the sewing room with some fish tacos. Wil sewed his gloves. Completed hemming 2 dozen pants by 3:00 PM. Dinner was served at 3:00 PM. Dinner menu: Chicken fried rice, green beans, black beans and bread. I supplemented the dinner with the fish tacos from Jon. Also, Jon returned the repaired watch to me. Washed a load of Greens without any detergent. The box of detergent from Unicor is used up. ACE classes – Philosophy of Existentialism 4-4:30 PM, Art History 3 5-5:30 PM, and Life of Muhammad 6-6:30 PM. National Diabetes Prevention 7-8 PM. Worked on book reports in between classes. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:30 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
