The morning started out dark and cool, in the 50’s. The sky was clear but I could not see the crescent moon. As the dawn sky emerged, the beautiful analogous colors radiated out of the sun’s path: red, orange, yellow, cream, light blue, blue and dark blue sky. the rabbits were grazing on the field. Labrona and her Juvenile rabbits were grazing by the basketball court. As the morning progressed, the analogous colors turned to pastel shades and there were a few sparse alto cirrus clouds in the sky. The rabbits left the field but Labrona and her rabbits stayed at the basketball court. As the Golden sphere emerged, it brightened up the sky and warmed the air, the alto cirrus clouds were quickly burnt off. It was nice walking in the morning sunshine. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:45 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes and 30 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 15 seconds per mile ( milla) or 49 seconds per lap (vuelta). Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:15 AM. Cleaned computer room. Found out the phone system was down. Brought some cleaned uniforms to sewing room: resize, put away and repaired damaged uniforms. Counselor Reyes informed me that two new inmates will be joining us today. The phone system was back in operation. Had some donuts, an apple and celery for snacks. Fed the apple core to Labrona. Checked email form Doris: Doris is well and rested. They are all excited about the Solar Eclipse, I urged Doris to go out to see it or she was able to go outside to enjoy the beautiful sunny day. She enjoyed the GSW game as they won.
