The morning started out with the dawn sky emerging. the crescent moon was at 11 o’clock, the sky was clear, weather was cool around 50’s and the analogous colors were radiating out from the sun’s path: red, orange, yellow, light blue, blue and dark blue sky. The rabbits were grazing on the field, Labrona and her juvenile rabbits were grazing on the baseball field. As the morning progressed the analogous colors turned lighter to pastel colors, the sky turned to light blue color. There were no clouds in sight. All the rabbits left the field as it got brighter. The fiery sun emerged over the Sierras brightened the sky and warmed the air. It was nice walking in the morning sunshine. Walked 5.5 miles and jogged the final half mile. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 12 minutes and 34 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 6 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes and 1 seconds per lap (vuelta). Good pace and worked up a sweat. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball in the morning sunshine until 8:10 AM. Tolled my back and legs with the foam core roller. Had a nutty bar, some chips and an apple for snacks. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and she slept well last night. She walked 8212 steps, 16.1 inches step length and symmetry was 89%. Yesterday was the 72nd consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She is going shopping today. She fell asleep watching the GSW / Mavericks game. Showered at 9:30 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Went to sewing room: exchanged t shirts and laundry bags for Brian and cleaned dup the sewing room. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: hamburger, fries, and apple and water. Talked to Doris at 10:50 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8212 steps, step length was 16.1 inches and symmetry was 89%. Yesterday was the 72nd consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She renamed me to Speedy Gonzales because I was too fast and completed the 16 dozens pants all by myself. I told her they will pick up the completed pants today and deliver more pants to hem. They have another 120 dozens of pants to hem, 1440 pairs of pants. I will probably take me a few weeks to complete them. She is going shopping with Diana, they are going to Ranch 99 and 99 Cents store. Doris would like to have lunch but Diana might not. I asked her to go with Oralia to lunch if Diana don’t feel like it, She said Oralia has lots of aches and pain. It was raining and cold in the Bay Area and the temperature was about 48 Degrees F and the dogs are staying in their house. She will walk in the store and indoors to close the ring. She asked if Counselor approved her new ID, I told her he is out of the office. I will call her tonight. Went to sewing room: exchanged t-shirts for Amando Navarro and customize shirt and pants for Trinidad (Jon). GED/ ESL tutoring 12:00 – 2:30 PM. Talked to Case manager Mr. Larsen, It was a good informal meeting. We discussed my case and how the 2nd Chance for elderly inmates can affect me. The BOP project release date was 12/2/2025. If he turn in my half way house request, I could be in the half way house by 12/2/2024. Also with the 2nd Chance act for elderly inmates, it could add 10% of our sentence for Home confinement, then I will be out earlier. He will have to check about my case and asked my to talk to him again on Tuesday. That is a very good sign. Census count at 3:30 PM. dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: scrambled eggs, biscuit with gravy, fries and water. ACE Class History of Great Arts Part 2, 6-7 PM (Hosting). Census count at 6:30 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM.
