The morning started out dark but cool, in the 50’s but a little windy. The dawn sky emerged with analogous colors: red, orange, yellow, light green, lite blue, blue and dark blue radiating out from the path of the sun. The rabbits were grazing on the field while Labrona was grazing by the basketball court. As the morning progressed, the analogous colors grew brighter and eventually to pastel colors, a beautiful display of colors. As the sun emerged over the Sierras, it illuminated the sparse cirrus clouds turning it to peach color with golden edges. The golden sphere lit up the sky and warmed the air. The rabbits left the field while Labrona’s juvenile rabbits joined her at the basketball court. Completed walking 6 miles at 8:00 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 12 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes and 6 seconds per lap (vuelta). Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court until 8:30 AM. Cleaned the computer room. Tried logging into the email but system was down. Had some donuts, nutty bar and a banana for snacks. Showered at 9:10 AM and changed to BOP uniform. Checked email from Doris at 9:50 AM: Doris is well and her cough and cold is getting better. She slept well after walking 9137 Steps, 15.7 Inches Step length and symmetry was 85%.
