The morning started out dark and cold, in the high 30’s. As the dawn sky emerged, the analogous colors ranging from brown, red, orange, yellow, green, light blue and blue filled the sky. The Northern Star was shining brightly but the moon was not visible. The same rabbit was hanging out near the basketball court grazing on fresh grass, I guess it is used to my walking at the basketball court. As the morning progressed, the colors grew more vivid, nice beautiful morning sky. As the sun emerged one the Sierras, the bright orange golden sphere lit up the sky and warmed the air. Finished walking6 miles at 8:00 AM in 1 hour 14 minutes and 9 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 5 seconds per mile (milla) or 49 seconds per lap (vuelta). The rabbit was still by the basketball court after I completed my walk. Stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine. The stretch and split stretch felt good in the warm sunshine. Finished stretching at 8:30 AM. Had a nutty bar and an apple for snacks. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: scrambled eggs, biscuit with gravy, an apple and water. Talked to Doris at 9:45 AM: Dori is well and rested. She had a busy night with Karlee and Chris with the Chinese New Year prayers and dinner. She closed the ring on her iPhone app again and walked 6921 step and step length was 15.9 Inches. That’s 20 consecutive days she had closed the ring. They watched the Warrior won their game against the Phoenix Suns. She fed the dogs with some Chinese New Year treats. She will go with Francis to Ranch 99 to get some food for the Altar. I told her I will be busy with ACE Classes as well as English classes. I toll her I was proud of her for controlling her feelings, she felt good about it and the outcome too. Census count at 10:00 AM. Worked on my ACE Class Report Oceanography 1 in the library. Spanish lessons 2:30 – 3:30 PM. Checked email form Doris: She had CNY prayer and dinner with Karlee and Chris. She walked 6921 steps and step length was 15.9 Inches and symmetry was 84%. She enjoyed the visitation yesterday. ACE Classes Geography Asia 5-5:30 PM and Oceanography 1 6-7 PM (Hosting).
