WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH:
– TO RETURN ORDER TO THE PST
– TO REBUILD FROM THE BOTTOM UP FOR A STRONG FOUNDATION
– TO OBTAIN SUPPORT FROM STAFF AND OUR AIC COMMUNITY
– BUILD A STRONG, COMPASSIONATE, RESPECTFUL TEAM THAT CAN AND WILL STAND ON
THEIR WORDS WITH THEIR ACTIONS.

CHANGES: THESE CHANGES ARE NECESSARY TO PROMOTE ORDER AND TO LIFT THE
WORK LOAD OFF OUR LIAISONS – SPICER AND DANIEL. ANYONE REFUSING
TO COMPLY WILL BE REMOVED FROM PST.

NO TOLERANCE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
– USE THE PST CHAIN OF ORDER (PLEASE SIGN PAPER).
– ALL EMAILS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY VOSS.
– SAFE SPACE – IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FOR VIOLATING
– DRUGS – DOING/SELLING/SUSPICION OF-RESULTING IN BEING TAKEN TO THE
COOL DOWN ROOM WITH NO SHOT
– MISSING CRUTIAL TT MEETINGS
– VIOLATING THE CODE OF CONDUCT & BI-LAWS

LEADERS – CLEAN UP YOUR HOUSE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TEAM.
ONCE LEADERS HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CLEAN UP THEIR HOUSE SUCH
AS REMOVING MENTORS VIOLATING RULES, CODE OF CONDUCT OR OUR NO
TOLERANCE FOR DRUGS (PST MEMBERS ONLY – NOT OUR PARTICIPANTS) AND THERE
ARE STILL PROBLEMS – WE WILL USE THE CHAIN OF ORDER AND IF NECESSARY –
REMOVE THE MENTOR AND LEADER FROM THAT UNIT.

SUPPLIES – ONLY LEADERS (NO EXCEPTIONS) WILL PICK UP AND RECEIVE SUPPLIES
(DOCUMENTED).
– YOU WILL ALSO ASK FOR A TIME FROM MS SPICER TO DO SO – NO POPPING UP!

MENTOR LIST: ONCE A MONTH, ALL UNIT LEADERS WILL TURN IN A LIST OF YOUR GROUP
(INCLUDE YOURSELF) WITH ANY POSITIONS THEY HOLD. ANY CHANGES NEED
TO BE ON THE SHEET IN WRITING!

– WE ARE WAITING ON A DATE FOR GOING FORWARD WITH THE 90 DAY CHALLENGE
– EACH QUARTER WE WILL HOST AN EVENT ON 1 OF THE WELLNESS WHEELS’S SPOKE
SO THAT EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE.

MONTHLY CALENDAR – IN THE WORKS FOR THE NEXT YEAR:)
WE WILL START POSTING MEETINGS & INFORMATION FOR PST MEMBERS

CURRENT MEMBERS
– ANYONE NOT MENTORING OR LACK OR TRYING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN MOVING
THE MENTOR TO “MENTEE” POSITION. THIS IS AT THE LEADS DISCRETION IN AN
EFFORT TO CLEAN UP THE PST.

GOING FORWARD…THIS IS THE PROCESS THAT WILL BE FOLLOWED:
1- PARTICIPANTS – 30 DAYS/1 MONTH
2- MENTEES – (GETTING MENTORED) 90 DAYS/3 MONTHS
3- TRAINEE – APPLICATION ON HOLD FOR 120 DAYS/4 MONTHS
4- MENTOR – 180 DAYS/6 MONTHS
5- 2ND IN CHARGE (COLLECTIVE VOTE)
6- LEADER (COLLECTIVE VOTE)
IN EXTREME OR EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES, THE COLLECTIVE WILL INTERVENE,
VOTE AND PLACE A LEADER FOR THE THAT UNIT.
