So yesterday, I was voted in as CEO of Peer Success Team. And then the Chaos started…
I have NO IDEA WHO is in the program currently…I have to do a major cleanup of the information so that I am aware of all of the mentors and leaders. Then, today at 6pm I was given an emergency message that our 90 Day Challenge Event has been cancelled. This is disappointing, but I can fix it. I am going to go to Education myself and try and secure a date for us. I know that struggles will be overcome- I just don’t want them repeated.
I have a clear view on what I want to do with the program and where I want to guide them…I am trying to get the program FSA credit to those of us who have been mentoring/leading since it started last year in June. I want to be able to stabilize the program so that it will run efficiently and offering the services that are life changing. There have been some hiccups and some road blocks, but I intend to get it on the right path it deserves.
This program is so beautiful in ways that I have been directly changed. I appreciate Celeste Blair in giving me this opportunity to help the program grow in a direction that is positive with clear values that are taken serious on this compound. I will make sure that I am guiding it as it should and i appreciate all of everyone’s support.
