I have great news. I was moved to the Faith Based Dorm last night. It is filled with like minded individuals who want to grow their faith and be proactive in the rehabilitation process. They have volunteers come and give sermons and teach classes. We usually have 2 classes a day. Some of the classes help with parole, that is a major bonus. I am conflicted because I was having a great Bible study and prayer circle in my other dorm. A Christian Brother once told me he did not want to go to the Faith Based Dorm because “That is not where the battle is”.
My goals for February were not met so it caused me to reevaluate things. I know my goals were attainable. It was my time management that was the issue. That has always been a problem for me. I don’t believe it will be an issue with my new dorm schedule of classes.
I will complete 3 book reports.
I will complete 3 certifications on Edovo.
I will exercise 3 times a week.
That covers mind, body and spirit with the spiritual classes I will be taking. I will elaborate on them when I know more information.
