10 things to consider when buying a food truck?? ..
..cooking equipment with an exhaust hood
..refrigerater
..utensil and hand-wasing sinks with hot and cold running water
..service windoews
..stainless steel coumters
..roof windoews with alumminum screens
..prep tables and / or counters
..multiple storage counters/ sinks
..propane tanks
..emergency exit

Laarge-capacity ice bin for holding cases of soda with ice or other cold products.
Display oven for pizza,pretzels,and knishes
grill for heating foods.
cold trays for ice cream
serving shelves
mechanical refrigeration

3 key concerns for used truck would be 1. the engine? have it checked out by a licensed mechanic..yet with a new one it could be wrote off on taxes. 2.space issues.measure to make sure not only your equipment will fit,but that there will be sufficient for one or two people to work comfortably. 3.is it? cost -effective a used truck , retrofitted to meet your needs and health code regulations,should cost significantly less than a new truck.
so it’s the 5th and i’m so thankful the 4th is over.i feel a person can’t go wrong with pork and that i may just go more towords smoked bbq pork and have smokers on the out side ,
