I am not sure how to anwer that ? But i believe it would be 1 of 3 ways …if you have an excellent institutional resume sort of speak without any prior criminal history ,you do something extraordinary like save a life or possibly if the laws change in your favor ..i am hoping i fall into the third group as i have already fallen into the second group twice without any acknowledgement and the first one unfortunately i had a criminal case in 2001+2003and then again in 2019 so the first isnt in my favor.I just reciently found out that even though i am out custody they wont let me out side the fence at this point due to my own behaviors when i was arrested.They tried to box me in with their vehicles and in a fight or flight mode not knowing who it was i rammed their vehicles back so i am not sure there is any hope for me moving forward no matter how clean my record inside is.:(
