When writing a biography for an online profile consider the audience:
future employers, probation officers, business prospects, anyone who wants to inquire about you for a program, school, a relationship, even to have as a neighbor.
What is the structure of a biography?
Taking responsibility is the first step towards reconciliation with you community. i.e….. your family, your employer, your neighbors.
Introspect – write about all you have learned by going through this experience. Show that you have developed a deeper understanding of all your previous decisions that led to where you are today.
Self-Awareness- Show that you have a clear understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Demonstrates that you don’t make excuses but set goals and pursue success.
