Lesson 3: Digital Economy

1.) The ways that I anticipate that new tech will influence my life when I am released are that in everything we purchase we will have a digital signature. Even more so than today, I believe that every transaction will be in a similar format that the crypto market currently uses. I anticipate that our government will not allow a specific system like Bitcoin to be the format used as it’s official currency but I do believe that we will have a crypto controlled monetary system in place by the time I am released in a just a few years.
2.) Understanding the way that current crypto technology was created, how it works and where it is implemented is a key part of being able to understand where the markets will be used in the future. It is in my best interest to learn as much as possible about how these technologies are being molded into our society and where they are going in the future. I do not believe that I personally will be involved in the development of these technologies or in their shaping of our future but I do anticipate that I will have to accept them as a payment source at some point in my business ventures. So, in this regard, it is crucial for myself to continue to stay learning about how these systems are developing and evolving.
