This is yet another recommendation. These are some really good books. This one is focusing on marriage and relationships.
I was told by a fellow adult in custody to read this book. He is in my men’s bible study group. I am so glad that I took his advice and read this book.
I found out about the five love languages that this author has explored and they make sense.
Oh if this was taught in marriage classes or a prerequisite for marriages, I think may marriages would be successful from start to death do they part.
I found out so much information and it was practical and made sense to me.
These five:
Words of Affirmation
Quality Time
Receiving Gifts
Acts of Service
Physical Touch
Not in that order, but off the top of my head I remember these items in the book and they all make sense to me. Through flowing these simple love languages, will actually keep you and your spouse working like a sewing machine.
I really like this book it seems like everything that I read here in this book simply made good sense! I will apply all of these nuggets of wisdom in my relationship, I know that it will help and I am now a fan of Dr. Chapman.
Thank you,
