This book was referred to me by a member of the book club, it is the second volume of the “On Managing Yourself” from the Harvard Business Review (HBR)
I got more insight from leading experts that helped me identify my purpose and translate it into action, make time to learn and stay relevant in a world of rapid change, turn my strengths into superpowers, spend more tine on work that matters, tackle even the toughest decisions with confidence, reduce burnout from collaboration, and take a stand for myself and for others.
This book was yet another collection of articles from Business professionals that give first hand knowledge of their trials and errors and their findings.
I love the research and studies that are mentioned in these books because it really adds substance to the patterns and habits of human beings and traces those actions from a scientific standpoint and offers proven results when corrective actions and measures are taken.
There were articles from leading experts, teachers, instructors, business owners, and students that all shared learned experiences that came to help them recognize success.
I am so pleased to have come to read the second volume because it is certainly a wealth of knowledge that has been an asset to me. It has inspired me to make a difference in my future career and working habits.
Thank you,
Linwood H. Gordon
