This book speaks to the voice of the non-conformist and how it takes those of us that do not accept the status quo as law. I enjoyed how much confirmation I got out of this book regarding my stance in life! It spoke directly to my soul and I read it like I was eating a rich chocolate cake, enjoying every-single-bite ( or page) His examples taken from great companies such a Bridgewater and the different cultures created in the work place due to the creation of innovative breeding grounds within these companies. This spoke to new and improved views of life and methods of communication that were outside the box. I thoroughly believe this book is a benefit to anyone thinking of starting a company or simply focused on improving their own lives. It is a true treasure full of beautiful bobbles on every turn of the page. A great addition to our society. I will be using the principles suggested in this book for all of my foreseeable future. It definitely sticks with you and gives you a paradigm shift in many areas.
