This book has open up techniques you can use to calm yourself and develop exercises that help you deal with Worry, Fear, regret and Anxiety. Many are breathing techniques as well as mental exercises that just take minutes to help you get focused and stay focused on dealing with those problems. This was recommended to me by the Psych department to help me work through regret and remorse over my conviction and factors that have and still affect my family and my community in general. I have the methods very helpful in working through certain elements and helping accent the work toward redeveloping my Release Plan and person toward a positive Model.
