This book I selected from the Suggested reading. It was very helpful for the understanding, timing and development of an upstart shoe company to a world recognized brand and corporation. The basics of this book were, to keep your eye on the prize and surround yourself with driven and competent people. A good lesson in Luck, timing and drive, and direction. This helps me understand how this works toward my retraining and development of professional, successful people and what it takes to achieve success.
