Name Oscar Fuentes I am 67 years of age. My security level is Med High ‘Case # H- 92 -111-04 Southern District Court of Houston, Houston Texas. Sentence 4 life sentences, For 3 counts Aiding and abetting,1count for Conspiracy on cocaine possession with intent to distribute . I was sentence on Feb. 23, 1993. I am a first-time non-violent offender with no record on the streets and no record in the 32 years I have been incarcerated since I’ve been in since July 15th, 1992. I have applied for Compassionate Release to the courts but have been denied. Also, I have a Commutation Petition in the Pardons Dept since 2018 it’s pending, I have been denied 5 times to this date. I wish someone would take interest to help me and lobby for the injustice they are doing to me, reason is that drug Lords in my case which were the10 most wanted only got 15 years and did 13 years and one of them has just been released three days ago to the Mexican Government, I wasn’t no Drug lord and got more time than him and can’t get no break what so ever.
