I’m 66 years of age. Started this sentence on June the 2nd 2015 was not able to participate in RDAP because of a detainer from the Parole Commission.
I have been convicted 3 times for drug offenses the first one was in 1980 I was sentenced under the old law (with parole).
Sam Torres was my parole officer in Los Angeles I was convicted again in 2004 for sales of methamphetamine and again in 2015.
I am finally going to be released on November 30, 2023, and will have 10 years of supervised release and 5 years of parole.

At my age it will be difficult to apply for employment so I am opting for self-employment I have a good business plan I am tired of living in prisons (around 30 years) I have served 10 parole violations (ask Sam Torres).
