I am a 27 year old black man, writer, artist, fitness trainer, husband and future father . I’ve spent over 6 years incarcerated, currently serving time at FCI Ray Brook with about 5 years left to go (ID# 149-255-10). My past includes serious mistakes ,crimes commited against good people and i take full responsibility for them . Everyday i work to make amends with both society and myself by promoting, positivity, accountability , growth and resilience.
I was raised by a strong single mother, and my life has been shaped by struggle, isolation and hard lessons. but i believe that none of us are defined by our worst moments . i created Resilient Mindsets (my blog) to prove that growth is possible , redemtion is real, and even in darkness, you can be a light.
I’m introverted at first , but if you get to know me , I’m real talkative and real passionate about helping people push past pain and build something better.
