Hi, My name is Dominique, I am born and raised in laredo,Tx. About two hours away from San Antonio,TX. I was raised in a strict house hold along my three brothers. One being in the army, the other In University of Texas,and the youngest still in high school. As per my self I moved out at Seventeen, I attended my High school graduation alone and then took myself to college. I was always very ambitous and always had more than one job at the time. I built friendships with older peers whom i could learn from. I eventually got my RDA and worked for a dentist for a few years, then switched from dental to optometry where i landed an amazing opertunity to operate a branch clinic for eye lasik surgery. Meanwhile I started two LLCs (small businesses. My priority was work, monday thru friday, then in the weekends i would book a flight anywhere that would fit in the small window I had. My hobby is exploring new places, cultre and food. Although I love to travel Laredo is where i built my work foundation and my networking around the community, so i never moved out. Along with that Laredo is a border town with easy money temptation and I made a poor choice that complete changed my life. Now I am in prison. Coming here I lost a lot of the things I worked hard for. I also lost a lot of relationships and felt belittled by certain people who discredited everything else I achived. I also hurt my loved ones by stressing them out. And, Although my time here isnt as long as others, I am here with a positive mind set, I am here meeting other females who need the motivation and support to keep thriving and to know we can all come out better from this. Each one takes a diffrent lesson home and while were here we need to uplift eachother.
