20 year sentence.
I would like to mention that I went to trial because of a Drug Conspiracy and I was the only one that went to trial on that indictment that it was a supersede of a First Indictment.
I could say that everybody but me got a short sentence. For example, the one that testify against me got 48 months and he was the #1 in the first indictment. Everybody got also short sentences.
But because I went to trial I was sentence to Life in prison. After an appeal to the First circuit my sentence was vacated and they resentenced me to 20 years.
While I had a Life sentence I was assigned to USP Atwater where I did 3 1/2 years, then when they resentenced me to 20 years they transferred me to FCI Bennettsville where I did 4 years, from there I was transfer to Jesup Satellite Low and then to Jesup Camp where I have been for the past 16 months.
I have done 9 years in prison with no incident reports and I have been working, and programming the whole time.
