Biography Entry: Amando Villarreal Heredia

my personal story for my friends.
mini, BIOGRAPHY

My name is, Amando Villarreal I was born in Sandiego, California 1978.
was arrested, in the state of Sonora, Mexico on June 11, 2011.
and extradited on May 23, 2012…
2 years on pretrial and sentenced to 30 years in Sandiego California,
on December 28, 2013…
From 2014 to 2018, I spent 4 years in Mendota Fci Medium Prison.
Located, North California where I started playing poker and kept playing poker
for a long time, I didn’t stop until further down the story!
the first 10 years that I’ve been in prison all that time I spent money like crazy,
Literally I threw money and time down the drain!
mini, story BIOGRAPHY of the last 13 years that I’ve been in LOCKED UP,
up to date, of June 11 2024 exactly today is my anniversary !!
now I had been in Safford low, as they call it sweet Safford, bop prison in Arizona,
since the beginning of the year 2018, that’s when arrived at Safford Low,
to years had passed, by 2020 covid-19 had just started about 3 months into this
pandemic, times worst of my life mood changed ups and downs where at my worst some times
we as human beings tolerate, mood changes but this time my feelings had gotten
to a point that was depressingly high felted really felted, what I felt was something out of this world,
I had never felt that way in my life, then it happened my first incident report,
in the 10 years that I’ve been in prison serving a 30-year sentence,
for arguing with Mrs….. Holloway everything happened around 8 am this lady was walking around,
waking up other inmates and when she got to me she started hitting my bed with the sound
of a key or something that was very loud sounded like a metallic noise to my ears!
so, I woke up in a really bad mood and started blasting her with bad words,
called her a b***h, and many other things to make a long story short she took my ID,
later the (SIS) with other guards came for me, taking me to the (SHU).
lucky part was that I was there only for a week
the (SHU) was full because in Safford they have a very small population segregation,
meaning they only have 14 cells at max 2 cells per person 28 people and not counting,
medical cells they also use them for regular inmates…
after those 7 days, I came out to regular population, and my shot, was put on the counter as they call it, on hold
if I did anything bad for the next 6 months I will go to the SHU, meaning segregation,
one’s again all this happened around June, now it was October,
the cops meaning the guards, were looking waiting for me to do something wrong,
and then something did happen that was unexpected one of the unit managers
found a phone from one of my fellow inmates or very close friend you can say,
and he also found in the common area a sim card, well that is considered like having a phone,
108 hazardous tool so I got sent to the lieutenant’s office again lucky me the SHU. was full they
gave my shot sent me back 3 hours later but now I am waiting, for DHO, meaning
like the judge in our prison systems, they see evidence and they sentence us inmates
to 30 or 60 up to 90 days in segregation, some people can be in the Shu, for investigations
up to 9 months even a year depending on the investigation back when I was in my pretrial,
I spent 2 years waiting for trial so, I already knew how to handle myself in the ((SHU))
It is a matter of setting your mind and spirit most important is to read and read,
it’s not easy to be in a cage, but we humans adapt to anything even bad things…
on November 1, 2020, they called me up to the Captain complex and took me to the interview
with DHO, and she decided to send me to segregation for 30 days and 42 days of good time,
During those 30 days, I was in the SHU, I read at least 27 books that’s when I decided
to change my life said to myself if I wanted
to be the same person all my life or become a better version of myself.
that’s when a great idea, came to my mind to write a book!
yes write a book but not just any book my book would be illustrated and my story’s
would be short story’s characters like cartoons of real people made into characters
basically with license plates removed as they say in real life it is fiction
my goal is to tell stories of drug dealers or cartel leaders or any other real bandit out,
Those who have been in prison or steel out their doing their own thing but talking the story
like it really is not like the newspapers talk about us about them,
tabloid news makes us look, like we are bad people the real fact is that we
drug dealers or ex, drug dealers, did not pay taxes that’s why the United States
treasure department gets so serious against drugs!
imagine how the federal or state law is you can kill a person and get 25 years in prison
and you can have a pound of meth on conspiracy charges and get 30 years or even life in prison ..
so the idea of my book Rreal Bandits, is to make the characters into superheroes
if you see it from a tabloid newspaper point of view or from a cop point of view,
is very bad but if you see it, like regular people that get help from big organizations
It’s different I bet you that…
Imagine Dead Pool the superhero that guy kills
a lot of people and no one says anything about the violence is justified ..
so that’s my story for all my friends and future lectors !!!!
I don’t play poker anymore and write a lot while working on my second book,
REAL BANDITS, 55 CHAPTERS, AND MORE THAN 480 ILLUSTRATIONS…
thank god bless everyone and to our dear friend Michael Santos my best wishes …
