I was picked up on 5/17/2019, I went to trial in 2022 and lost where I was sentenced to 352 months. BOP’s good time release date is 2044, not RDAP eligible, and currently does not qualify for FSA. thank you for the books that are going to be sent, I really appreciate it. even tho I have a long time before my release, I am still improving myself in every way possible. currently in the appeals process and laws are constantly changing so never too early to better oneself. I will read the materials that you will provide and incorporate what I pick up to continue improving myself.
