Roles we play in relationships
Each of us is capable of displaying three distinct personality states; the parents, the adult, and the child these are states taken on, so to speak, depending upon what we are feeling at any specific moment. The following is my interpretation of these three and how they relate to the art of positive persuasion.
the child in all of us is perceived as the victim. As the child we feel like A baby, put down, blamed, punished, controlled.
As a result, we are angry and looking to get even with the child who wants to get even with the person who assumes the role of the parent.
