Everyday I am taking the time to be a better me. After completing and graduating my VT Electrical course I found myself with so much idle time, even being the leader in my unit of the peer success team I knew I needed something to occupy more of my time. That’s when I decided to work in the facilities department. I got hired on as a plumber and I thoroughly enjoy the things I learn everyday. Plus my boss Mr. Tennyson is a good Godly man. He talks to us and teaches us something everyday, whether it is something about the job or some type of life lesson I know I absorb it. It feels good to be around officers that respect us and build us up.
I am going to challenge myself to write something everyday in this Journal Entry. I do so much and know that I have been slacking. I know without the record on here people outside don’t know the progress I am talking about. I know memorializing my journey is what I have to start doing.
