This evening Peer Success Team, PST, @ FCI Aliceville had its follow up Team Leader meeting, whereby Cat Voss (CEO), Simira Singleton (Creative Director), Sherida Nabi (Secretary) and Celeste Blair (past CEO) allow 2 housing units at the time, to reflect on what has been done in the respective units and benchmark with all the unit leads and Management of PST. We had a very interactive session and discussed the Tribes, point system, merits of entries on the PPT website.
We are working very hard to make this program a successful one and pave the way to a successful re-entry for the 1400+ females around us.
Mentoring never stops and those who are fortunate to have that energy, dynamics, knowledge to lead the way, should be encouraged to do so.
We have many exciting plans. At the moment, we have some rotations in our units, however changes sometimes just happen organically and can turn out for the best.
I admire all our team members, for showing up in great numbers, sitting on the bleachers in the scorching heat, to be part of the meetings. Kudos to all! Keep up the good work.
