It’s nice to enjoy simple days and just being with my fiancee and her kids. We went to church, ran some errands, cooked, and had dinner together. I really love just being together and sharing life with each other. I do miss my own kids, a lot, and I will keep patiently praying and loving them.

Last night I watched a good movie while Colleen was at work. It was called Seven Days in Utopia, or something like that. It’s based on a fiction book, and has a lot of great messages. A semi-pro golfer gets stranded in a small town called Utopia, and it drastically changes his heart and his life for the better. There were many really good Christian messages about burying the lies we tell ourselves (or that the devil tells us), trusting God, fatherhood and father figures, and becoming our true self, loved by God. It touched me because of my own situation of moving on and burying the old lies and past mistakes, being fathered by God, and allowing His love and grace to help me move forward in better ways. I highly recommend it.
