3 months and I am just settling in to Elkton. I will write a few pieces this week about things learned and how this place feels oddly like a sort of retirement home for someone my age. I have had time to think, time is in abundance here. And that time has opened my eyes to some truths about bad decisions I have made (not contained to the obvious one that landed me here) and opportunities that lay before me. I remain committed to get out of here and back to my life, what ever shape that may take. I also believe that the system that puts us here needs to be made to understand the terrible waste of human currency they have created. A waste that could be not only corrected, but yield positive results for society.
