It’s week 3 of my “It’s All About Me” blog entry. Here is an update of my accomplishments:
Walking
Goal: (walk 3x per week for 45 minutes each session)
Actual: (walked 4x with each session at least 45 minutes)
Fasting
Goal: (3 24-hour fast per week)
Actual: (3 24-hour fast)
Weight
6/2/25: 223 lbs
6/23/25: 219 lbs
I can tell that I’m losing weight. My clothes fit better and I feel less bloated.
Upcoming Issues: I have a number of items that I purchased from commissary that are in my locker. As long as they’re there, I have a tendency to eat them between meals on my feeding days and during my feeding window. This week, I intend to only eat the lunch and dinner meals served in the chow hall on feeding days with no snacks. I am trying this for a week to see if I can train my body to be satisfied with the food from the chow hall only.
