Week of June 2–6, 2025 

Work Hours: 6:00 AM Start Time Daily 

Monday – June 2, 2025 

Location: Tucson, AZ 

Project: I-10 International Warehouse – Offsite Road Striping 

Scope of Work: Longline and shortline painting using two grinders. 

PPE Required: Hardhats and steel-toe boots. 

Notes: 

● Full day dedicated to striping operations. 

● Equipment functioned as expected with no mechanical delays. 

● Site safety standards were maintained throughout. 

● Productivity was steady with all deliverables met for the day. 

Tuesday – June 3, 2025 

Location 1: Marana, AZ – Tangerine Road 

Project: Small Detour Striping 

Scope of Work: Longline and shortline paint application, directional arrows, and blackouts. Location 2: Tucson, AZ – I-10 International Warehouse (follow-up) 

Tasks: Final touch-up striping if needed. Post-task, loaded trucks and procured remaining supplies for the upcoming Sedona Park project. 

Notes: 

● Efficient completion of both striping and blackout segments in Marana. ● Final checks at I-10 site completed without issue. 

● Fleet fueling and material preparation conducted to support Wednesday deployment to Sedona. 

Wednesday – June 4, 2025 

Location 1: Marana, AZ 

Project: Roundabout and School Crosswalk Cleaning 

Scope of Work: Pressure washing of curbs and crosswalks. 

Additional Task: Install new paint truck gun raisers and fabricate custom gun hangers for yellow line operations. 

Location 2: Sedona, AZ – Sedona Park Parking Lot

Project: Begin colored coating and layout for full striping. 

Notes: 

● Site prep completed in Marana; no equipment malfunctions. 

● Modifications to paint truck completed successfully. 

● Sedona crew commenced lot preparation and initial coating applications. 

Thursday – June 5, 2025 

Location 1: Rio Rico, AZ – Santa Cruz Roundabout 

Project: Shortline striping, installation of speed bumps and RPMs. 

Location 2: Sedona, AZ – Sedona Park Parking Lot 

Project: Continued colored coating and layout striping. 

Notes: 

● Rio Rico roundabout layout marked and initial striping executed per plan. ● Safety signage and bump installation on track. 

● Sedona operations continued without delay, weather conditions favorable for coating cure times. 

Friday – June 6, 2025 

Location 1: Rio Rico, AZ – Santa Cruz Roundabout 

Project: Completion of shortline, RPM, and speed bump installation. 

Location 2: Sedona, AZ – Sedona Park Parking Lot 

Project: Final coatings and line applications. 

Notes: 

● All tasks in Rio Rico are finalized. RPMs and bumps secured to spec. ● Sedona project completed. Site left clean and compliant with local standards. ● No safety incidents or operational disruptions reported for the week. 

Summary: 

All assigned tasks for the week were completed on time and within scope. Equipment performance remained consistent. Field coordination across multiple locations was effective, and advance planning ensured uninterrupted operations. Safety protocols were followed at all sites, and all materials were properly secured and documented post-operation.
