Today has been good so far Sunday is sleep in and football not much else goes on. I had a solid yoga and meditation and have decided to take the day off exercising mainly for my workout partner but also I’m pretty sore from Friday’s efforts + basketball I don’t play often but had fun. I even put in for the football pool this week that would be a nice hit if I won. I am feeling abit blue today just too many things bouncing through my head, but that’s ok I’ll work through them my thoughts do not define me I do not have to feed into them. That is probably the biggest lesson I’ve learned through meditation and self analysis. Just keep on keeping on as the saying goes. This week’s progress includes more psychology readings (I’m closing out a lesson a week and 80% quiz average) I’ve got to do another craft project, continue the workout with the new kid, and just more of the same moving forward each day. Everything seems to be moving forward and everything seems to be positive. It’s just another day and I’ll take it.
