- Felt emotional strife from my personal situation.
- I spent time listening to helpful podcasts, sermons, and spent hours in introspection and in prayer.
- I spent time outside for some sun and fresh air to increase my serotonin levels and spent time with friends and mentors.
- Received an email from an old friend. Called them on the phone and it was lovely to catch up. -Worked on our dorm’s bulletin board. Another lady and I split the board in half; she’s decorating one side for Easter and I’m decorating the other half for Earth Day. I made an animal and nature photo collage, had a girl make a banner for the top, and at our morning meeting I offered blue and green slips of papers to display people’s favorite nature locations and favorite memories in nature.
- Watched Teen Wolf with a couple friends.
- Called my loved ones in Oregon and Canada.
- Was blessed with canteen from someone in my dorm.
