  • Did a lot of “podcast therapy”: Dr. Kennedy with “Overcoming Guilt,” Joel Osteen “Reverse The Order,” an episode on why you should take fun seriously, and another about how some people have to hit rock bottom in order to rise, and another on “9 Hard Truths About Love That Will Change Your Relationships.”
  • I was so excited to talk to my husband about the game today. He was elated to actually discuss his favorite sport with me and it felt amazing being able to understand it and discuss the game with him.
  • Helped Coach with her workout routine.
  • Received the idea from a girl to do a “Golden Broom Award” for our dorm to commend someone who goes above and beyond to clean our dorm. I drew the award and gave space for the one who came up with the idea to present it to the person at our meeting.
  • For the past 3 days, I’ve given one of my closest friends a flashcard with a word on it. When we go to lunch/dinner and wait in line, she pulls out the card and makes me define it and use it in a sentence.
  • Listened to Martin Luther King Jr.’s speech on a podcast and took notes, reflecting on it: He emphasizes the importance of acting with honor and integrity when fighting for justice. He inspires me.
  • Great phone call with my husband.
  • Started a new Edovo class.
  • Studied German.
