7:30 continued course on government’s ins and outs on edovo course worked on this till ten
10:30 am I worked out did all legs which consisted of squats and lunges
At 1 pm continued the government course and finished it by 5 pm which I received a certificate for
At 6pm called my wife and enede night with her
