For the record “even if a law or “the Law” is unconstitutional” then there is no way around it being unconstitutional as applied to the case. It’s not rocket science to determine this and you cannot legally justify in argument that. But hey my opinion doesn’t count because I’m not the one who makes up and determines who opinion or intelligence matters.
