Hello, my name is Michael Rorex. I am serving 151 months for trafficking methamphetamine. After spending almost a decade behind bars. I have had plenty of time to reflect on my past behaviors and the lifestyle that I lived. I spent nearly 40 years of my life in addiction, using or dealing drugs of some sort. I have also had a decade to think about my life once I am released from prison and the many challenges I will be facing at that time. my projected release date is set for May 1, 2027. until then I will be preparing for a career and success after my release. I will be setting values and goals that I can achieve, advancing my networking skills to find leaders and mentors, i want to earn my community’s trust, meanwhile, continuing my sobriety for the rest of my life! 8 & a half years clean!!! congrats to myself!! very proud of this achievement!!!!
