I can Learn coaching strategies from books I read by understanding that everyone’s path is different and that while it may seem someone one isn’t success in the surface, finding a talent or skill in that individual, that can be turned into a success story or a business, by polishing it. Also seeing that success doesn’t happen overnight, everyone has obstacles they face before reaching their definition of success. Because Success is also different to each person.
