I would change that everyone in the system get FSA not just a select few. The rules regarding FSA need to change and each prison needs to get training on how to implement the FSA that is required for each AIC. Right now staff is unclear on how to calculate the time necessary to help people get to their halfway house or home confinement earlier than their projected out date.
