Today’s Response:
Before coming to prison, my family and tried to be involved in our community by volunteering at charitable events, we were on boards for non-profits, and we donated regularly to charities.
My community now is my local prison institution. I still attempt to help people in this community by volunteering to tudor them for their GED classes and exams, by helping those who struggle with literacy to communicate with the BOP staff and their families, and doing what I can to answer questions about the admin remedy and legal process, while also disclosing that I am no lawyer, just someone who has read as much I can about the prison system processes and the FSA and related laws that have come out.
