True my time in the Federal system I have witness several people do lengthy sentence’s primarily do the lack of flexibility in the Federal reform, only a handful of people qualify for time reduction when a new law kick in. But the mas majority of the population will receive little to none, my answer is to your question is that I would like to see everybody get and equal reduction based on their good behavior, vocational skill, social skill etc… . or to bring back parole.
